The long experience KLM has in the airline industry makes it possible for them to continually innovate. The film’s purpose was to distinguish KLM and tell their history in a way that both engages and inspires the viewer. The result; a playful story about dreams that come true. Childhood fantasies about air travel are traced alongside KLM’s history of innovation, all the way from 20th century propeller planes to today’s cutting edge aircrafts, powered by biofuel.
The campaign targeted Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, where the story of KLM was broadcasted through digital media, outdoor marketing channels and a 45 second commercial film. The campaign reached Scandinavia’s biggest media channels – from the most visited news sites to the most watched TV channels.
